Our price beat policy applies to genuine quotes from airlines and Singapore registered travel agencies for travel that originates/departs from Singapore. Quote must be in writing and presented to us on the same day as it was created, must be presented to us prior to booking and must be for the same form of payment. Fare must be available, able to be booked by the general public when you bring it to us and be for the same dates, airlines, number of passengers, booking classes and flight numbers. The written quote must show the date it was created and the final price including all applicable fees and charges (including booking/service fees and all charges for the form of payment chosen). Fares available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed group are excluded. We will beat the price by SGD$1 per person.
Lowest Airfare Guarantee - why book anywhere else?
Step 1: Bring us a written quote prior to booking
Your quote must be in writing and must relate to standard airfares available to the general public. Your genuine written quote must be presented to us on the same day as it was created and prior to booking. Travel must originate/depart from Singapore. Does not apply to prices from Flight Centre’s own website. The quote must show the date it was created and show the final price including all fees and charges (including booking/service fees and all charges for the form of payment chosen). If your quote is from a website, it must show the final price payable at the final payment stage and must show all applicable fees and charges.
You can provide written airfare quotes from:
1. Other Singapore travel agencies
2. Airlines; and
3. Other Singapore registered businesses and websites
Step 2: Confirmation that the quote is genuine and available
Your consultant will need to confirm that the quote is genuine, available and able to be booked by the general public when you present it to us. If it is, we will BEAT it by SGD$1 per person.
We will require you to book your flight when we beat your quote and pay in full on the same day, using cash payment. The change and cancellation conditions specific to your booking will apply. If the quoted airfare is not available, invalid or incorrect then we will endeavour to find you the best available alternative that suits your requirements.
If we believe your written quote contains an error in the pricing of the fare, or that the pricing, fare or booking class offered is no longer available to book on the same date, airline and flight number, for the same number of passengers, we have a 24 hour period to investigate the price and BEAT it by SGD$1 per person.
Fares available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed group are excluded.
What fares will Flight Centre price beat?
Our Lowest Airfare Guarantee applies to airfares that originate in/depart from Singapore.
Who will Flight Centre accept airfare quotes from?
Other Singapore travel agencies and airlines, excluding low-cost carriers.
What does available mean?
The airfare must be available and able to be booked by the general public when you bring it to us. Available means that the identical airfare you have received a quote for is currently saleable and able to be booked in the same booking class, for the same number of passengers, on the same date and at the same time. Fares available due to membership of a group or corporate entity or subscription to a closed user group are excluded.
What if I want to travel on a different date than on my original quote?
The price beat applies only for travel on the same dates and flights.
When can I ask Flight Centre to price beat?
Your airfare quote must be in writing and must be presented to us prior to booking. It does not apply to written quotes presented after booking.
How and when do I pay for my flight?
Full payment must be made for your flight at the time of booking. In order for us to beat the flight, the payment must be made in cash.
What if I want to use this price for my friends to book?
The quote must reflect the number of passengers looking to book as per the quote. Of course, if we can book everyone at the same low price we’ll do so.
Will Flight Centre beat quotes from foreign websites or for travel that originates outside Singapore?
What happens if Flight Centre beats the price I have been quoted?
If the qualifying criteria are met we will beat your airfare quote by SGD$1 when your booking is paid in full.
What happens if I have already booked and then find a cheaper price for the same flight but I have not paid in full?
Flight Centre will only price beat where your quote is presented to us prior to booking. Of course, your Flight Centre consultant will be happy to rebook on the cheaper fare if it is available at the time you are travelling. Cancellation or change fees may apply to your original booking.
What if my Flight Centre consultant is unable to beat the airfare I have been quoted?
If we are required to beat your airfare quote and we don’t then you Fly Free. Your consultant will do everything they can to beat the airfare you have been quoted. If the qualifying criteria are met we will beat that price by SGD$1. If the qualifying criteria are met and your consultant does not beat your quoted price you will receive your flight free of charge. How do I get my free flight if Flight Centre is required to beat my airfare quote and doesn’t?

When can I use my free flight?
The free flight applies to the booking you are currently requesting Flight Centre to beat.
Who books and pays for the free flight?
We will book and pay for your free flight which will be identical to the one you have asked us to price beat.
Can I be reimbursed for a flight I have booked?
No. We do not reimburse you for flights you have purchased elsewhere, nor do we provide you with cash or vouchers to the value of the flight we were asked to price beat.
When do I need to claim my free flight?
You must make your free flight claim prior to flying or within 7 days of your quote not being beaten (whichever occurs first).
