Getting Around Adelaide
Adelaide is a compact, gridplanned city, which makes it easy to walk around. Nothing is too far away in this well structured town and therevare plenty of lovely parks to stroll around.
Take advantage of the free City Connector Bus service that takes locals and tourists around the inner city and into North Adelaide (98A, 98C) daily. The route takes in many tourist attractions, shopping and popular dining areas.
Head to Glenelg beach on the free Glenelg tram service that runs between Moseley Square, Glenelg and the Adelaide Entertainment Centre in the CBD. There’s also a free city tram service that runs between South Terrace and the entertainment centre.
Adelaide is easy to navigate by car, so why not book a hire car and head off to the Adelaide Hills for the day, indulge in some wine-tasting at the Barossa Valley, or search for your own private stretch of sand on one of the many beaches?
